Northwest Safety Enterprises (NSE) does not sell, trade or lease personal student information to any third party.

We are required by the Washington State Department of Transportation, Flagging & P/EVO  Oversight Committees to maintain accurate student records and to provide certain student information to Evergreen Safety Council which in turn maintains these records for WSDOT.

NWSE is required to keep these records secure for a minimum of three years, at which time records may be destroyed.  At no time will NWSE share this private information with any other private organization, government agency or law enforcement without a lawful judgment or court order.
